The Workers Compensation Board of Prince Edward Island has approved, in principle, the following policy:

The policy has been placed on the WCB website for viewing and comment. It will remain on the website until August 27, 2023 under the heading of “Policy Consultation”. If you wish to review this policy and provide feedback, please do so online at http://www.wcb.pe.ca/Information/PolicyConsultation.
